Foreign Cargo Ship Sinks off Vietnam Sea, only 1 member of 19 Filipino Crew Survives

A Bahaman ship Bulk Jupiter  with 19 Filipino crew members sank off the coast of southern Vietnam with only one man known to have survived, officials said on Sunday.

Unconfirmed reports stated that the survivor was the ship's chef while one of the recovered body was the ship's Captain.

The Vietnamese news agency Tuoi  Tre News obtained and publish on its website the crew list of the ill-fated Bulk Jupiter. The names and ranks of the crew members who manned the ship are as follows:

      What the couple do to each other, this is what the children imitate, the children also dialogue after they quarrel, then they forgive each other and kiss/hug each other as if nothing bad happens to them at all. In other words, they follow their parents’ good example of dialogue and forgiveness.

      The attitude and the value of listening to and dialogue with each other are caught by the children. Without the parents teaching the children what values and attitude to learn, the children absorbed those values attitude just by observation. Not by hearing the values and attitude taught verbally.

200K BOUNTY MONEY MLANG BLAST OFFER TO INFORMANT

MLANG MUNICIPALITY, NORTH COTABATO (January 4, 2015) The local officials of Mlang Municipality and North Cotabato Province offered 200K reward money to any informant who can give vital information on the December 31 recent bombing  at the entrance of Mlang Public Market blast.

Mayor Joselito Pinol of Mlang Municipality and Governor Emmylou Talino-Mendoza each shares 100K for the bounty money whoever can give lead and shares information on the identity of the bomb suspects.

Two days ago local officials, PNP and AFP in the area, they blamed Brigant Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF) and the notorious gang group Al-Khobar are behind of the November 23 bombing that killed two bystanders and wounded 22 others,  when an IED was set off at a billiard hall near the town center. Five weeks after, the recent December 31 Mlang public market blast that killed two residents and 35 others wounded.

But the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Movement BIFM) through their Spokesman Abu Misry Mama released press statement to the local media, they denied the accusation of the local authorities that their group of twin bombing on November 23 and December 31 are not part and involved in blast. Wala raw sila kinalaman sa pagsabog.

One victim named of the local resident Christine Salo 28 died on the spot hit from the shrapnel of IED bomb while she is on the blast site.

Mlang Mayor Joselito Piñol thanked barangay officials, religious leaders and Muslim and Christian elders for their help in bringing the wounded in Wednesday’s explosion to various hospitals.

Piñol said he would convene the municipality’s peace and order council soon.

Bomb experts found out the home made IED are made of packed with nails and fragments of mixed cast iron with sharp edge and compound materials.

Election of 2016 is in the opting will coming soon, Commission on Election (COMELEC) are they ready? The Chairman of the House Committee and Suffrage are they ready? Budget for Election of 2016 is also ready? There are so many question I should raise in this column, but I will limit it into three question because, there are still available time to write column for the next issue. This important  query  for the Commission to prepares in advance for our incoming electoral process.

I still recall Makati City Representative Teodoro “Teddy Boy ” Locsin Jr., Chairman of the House Committee on Electoral Reforms and Suffrage, expose what he has in his possession in relation on still inconclusive 1st national poll automated election Halalan 2010. Public demand it’s really wanted to know what transpired on this historic election, we are still in doubting for the factual election results on the credibility and acceptability of our electoral process. MLANG BLAST Investigator Team still blank Wall

MLANG MUNICIPALITY, NORTH COTABATO (January 2, 2015) In our follow-up report investigators team who conducted investigation in Mlang public market bombing are still in blank wall, no traces of hard evidence to track down who are the perpetrators or group behind the blast of this condemnable criminal acts against humanity and the innocent people. This bombing left two dead and 35 others wounded according to the officials of Mlang town and local PNP authorities.

A strong worded statement from North Cotabato Governor Emmylou Talino-Mendoza “I am asking the local officials of Mlang to vigilance and strengthen their security measures to safeguarded community in protecting our people from further harmed and barbarism. This act has no place in a civilized society. I reiterate our firm stand against any form of violence on our people,” Mendoza said in a statement. urged local officials to exert more effort to prevent similar incidents.

Mendoza, who also chairs the multi-sectoral provincial peace and order council, condemned the bombing and described it as a “diabolic act” by people “trying to sabotage our domestic peace and development initiatives intended to improve the lives of the Muslim, Christian and Lumad sectors in the province.”

It was the second bombing in Mlang since November, when two persons were killed and 22 others were wounded when an IED was set off at a billiard hall near the town center.

ONE MORE BOMB VICTIM Dies from MLANG Blast

MLANG MUNICIPALITY NORTH COTABATO (Janury 1, 2015) One more bomb victim from the 35 people injured on December 31 bombing confirmed dead while undergoing medical treatment at the Cotabato Provincial Hospital, town official said today in our follow-up report.

Zenaida Suelo 41 year old suffered internal hemorrhage wounds all over part of her body from the impact of the Wednesday public market bomb blast. She died at the Cotabato Provincial Hospital ICU, in the provincial capital of Kidapawan City.

One victim named of the local resident Christine Salo 28 died on the spot hit from the shrapnel of IED bomb while she is on the blast site.

Mlang PNP authorities continued their investigation to tract-down the suspects leading to their arrest.

Local officials said, gathering of information and collecting of hard evidences could easily trace-out the perpetrators of this Wednesday deadly bombing.

Mlang town in just a four weeks yesterday hits by two bombs blast by still unidentified bombers.

November 23, a home-made IED bomb exploded inside billiard hall killing two bystanders and 22 wounded.

BOMB Exploded at Mlang Market

MLANG MUNICIPALITY, NORTH COTABATO (January 1, 2015) Bomb exploded in Mlang yesterday at 3PM in the vicinity entrance of the town public market were residence busy for the preparation of their mid-night (Noche Buena) that killed three (3) civilians and 33 others wounded.

The surviving in the blast are now confining in the different hospital nearby town of the municipality.

Local PNP authorities identified the materials used at the bomb blast it was EID improvised bomb based on the residue and blasting caps found in the blasting site according investigating team of the PNP bomb ordnance of Mlang.

Up to the press time, non suspects have been identified nor apprehended Local PNP and AFP are still in the blank wall on the identity of the suspected bombers and they are still in hot pursuit operation to trail down the criminal elements who killed the innocents victims of this blast.
