Decommissioning process is one document Contract of Peace to ascertain the trust of confidence building leading to a sustainable and permanent peace resolution in Mindanao. Common question bungling the mind of the public, Are both parties really to commit for peace??? Or are just playing around to condition the mind of the public??? Awaiting the outcome and the result of the Decommissioning process at the Old Capitol Building, Simuay Cotabato City on June 16, of positive mood rather than negative introspective.
