A client who paid me three eggs after I won her libel case six years ago filed by one of the richest women in Gapan, Nueva Ecija is again happy after the Municipal Trial Court of Gapan dismissed the newest case filed by the same wealthy lady.
The newest case this time is an ejectment case seeking to evict my poor client from the very land owned by the client but grabbed from the client's family through forged signatures.
Before this, we defeated the same wealthy woman in another civil case at the RTC of Gapan, where we proved that the paper used by the rich woman was actually not notarized and that the notarization records stated there were actually fake.
This new one is our third victory.
Our upcoming 4th victory will take back all the land grabbed by this "witchy" woman of wealth who has hired all lawyers in Gapan in all other cases of hers so that the poor farmers she would harass with cases would have no more lawyer to engage against the female beast.
Just taking things one at a time as a tactic against a wealthy opponent.
