Rural poor farmers asking for food because they affected by drought and dry spell caused by global warning in science term the season of (El-Nino Phenomenon). Despite of repeated plead from the Local government requesting for subsidies Local officials from that area had never acted on their request. So, this is the result why they met the tragedy ended with the deaths of 3 of poor farmers and many other casualties. #BIGASHINDIBALA
