GSCP – COMMAND TURN-OVER OF OFFICE
GENERAL SANTOS CITY – July 6,
2015 – The outgoing City Director PSSUPT Froilan ‘Popoy’ F. Quidilla the
longest serving City Director of General Santos City Police Office was formally
relieved from his command post today by the incoming Officer-in-Charge PSSUPT.
Maximo C. Layugan. This was officiated by PCSUPT. Lester O. Camba Regional
Director, PRO – 12 at General Santos City Police Office, Camp Fermin G. Lira
Jr., General Santos City.

Mayor of General Santos City graced the Turn-Over of Office ceremony with his
Vice Mayor Shirlyn Banas – Nograles, Kagawad Dominador ‘Dom’ Lagare III,
Kagawad Jing Gacal, Kagawad Art Cloma,
Kagawad, Richard Leyson, Kagawad Lledo, Kagawad Brix Liclic Tan some National
Line Agencies Officials, PNP and AFP Officials, LGU Officials and Barangay
Chairmen/Chairwomen.

reported in the Police files from the first quarter to the second quarter of
2015: numbers of 50 killed during CD Quidilla some drugs related cases, love
triangles and others. 29 Murders, 14 drugs related, 2 relationship cases (love
triangle) and 34 other cases, 16 solved cases, 27 under inquest and
investigation base in our video recorded with PSUPT. Rolly Octavio, just
recently.
PCSUPT. Camba said, this is part
of PNP’s re-assignment of post for PRO -12 – SOCCSKSARGEN region.
PSSUPT. Quidilla will be promoted
and transferred to a new post in Davao City as PNP Chief of Staff, Region II.
While, PSSUPT. Layugan will now
in-charge of Command for General Santos City Police Office took effect upon
assumption of duty today. He assured the Generals with a peaceful city, but he
asked also for full supports and cooperation of the entire community of General
Santos City to resolve criminalities of the city.
