ARE WE READY FOR ASEAN INTEGRATION FOR THE YEAR 2015???

Whether we like it or not Asean Integration will come into to forge an alliance for a single and powerful economy of the Association of the South East Asian Nations acronyms of (ASEAN). Ten (10) nations come together to organize for free market economy with-out much restriction in the delivery of goods and services to include travel and working visa with-in the regions for the members of the association in the up-coming integration.
There are comprising member nations in the integration are: Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam with a combine population of 600 million.
Are we ready and prepared in more nine (9) months to go???

The study of ADB and ILO-
The success of ASEAN regional integration will depend on how this affects the labor market and quality of life of women and men in the region???
This joint study of the Asian Development Bank and the International Labor Organization examines the impact of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) on labor. It highlights the challenges and opportunities that will accompany the AEC, including managing labor migration, boosting productivity and wages, and improving job quality. The report offers policy recommendations for creating better jobs and ensuring that the benefits of the AEC are equitably shared among different countries and sectors.
The AEC will create a single market and production base and new opportunities for prosperity for the regions 600 million women and men. This will have implications for job gains and losses, skills development, wages and productivity, labor migration, social protection systems, and building connectivity. However, unless managed properly, the AEC may not translate into benefits for everyone and could increase existing inequalities.
To realize the full potential of the AEC to deliver more and better jobs, decisive action is necessary, including better management of structural change, ensuring that economic gains lead to shared prosperity, while strengthening regional cooperation and tripartite dialogue. Ultimately, the success of ASEAN regional integration will depend on how it affects the labor market - and therefore how it improves the quality of life of women and men in the region???
Comments and Analysis-
As we move towards 2016, just nine (9) months away from now, you and do keep abreast of what are going in our environment, especially now, we are in this ASEAN INTEGRATION (ASSOCIATION OF SOUTH EAST ASIAN NATIONS) which comprises ten (10)nations and six (6) rich nations like Brunei,  Indonesia,  Malaysia, , Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam and still 4 poor under developing countries, Combodia, Laos, Myanmar and Philippines,
What might be in store for us especially the still under developing country already mentioned elsewhere in this article???
May we: Combodia, Laos, Myanmar and Philippines benefit much or only a little in this ASEAN integration in terms of economy, trading partners and benefits?
Some politically wise men say that as usual great, rich nations will surely have a much bigger edge and advantages, than those poor, still under developing nations.
How much integration in terms of economy and entrepreneurial matters shall the four (4) poor members of the ASEAN benefit from this merging of the ten (10) nations in the South East of Asia? In terms on how to go about with running sophisticated business deals, the poor under developed nations Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Philippines would be and could be on two head’s and left behind by the six (6) rich, highly sophisticated, already established countries of Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam!
If we were in a Basketball game, these six (6) would surely gain much more than what the four (4) countries achieve considering their expertise and knowledge gained as far as running a business is concerned, wouldn’t they???
But why have they the four (4) countries accepted the challenged to deal with to dare to challenge those experts in entrepreneurship???
In the latest economic survey reports, we are the second fastest growing economy right now and this must be sustained and protected by our economic planners and business group. Perhaps, it’s a rare opportunity for the Philippines to be in group chosen as one of a top priority investor’s haven country today. They have trust in us and we should take cares of them, to fully gain and to continue the full trust and confidence with us in our financial system and friendly business matters and operation.
Well, we’ve accepted the challenge because we are belonging to the Asian league. We cannot escape because of a long bonding to our neighboring friendly nations in the Asian region. We hope are not left behind in the ASEAN Integration to compete with them in a fair and just cooperation.
