Representatives from DOST and NEDA their Assistant Regional Directors (ARD) who are also presents in this disaster awarding event.

Best Prepared Barangay – Urban – Barangay Edwards, T’boli, South Cotabato. 5. Best Prepared Barangay – Rural – Barangay Cebuano, Tupi, South Cotabato. 6.
