It had been almost three years that the 21-members of the Board of Golden Crescent Consortium of Peace Builders and Affiliates Inc. that it did not conducted its Regular Board Meeting in compliance with the requirements needed in the Securities and Exchange Commission.

By virtue of a Special Board Resolution adopted and approved last 2012, you were elected to form part as member of the Board. It is in this light that we are calling the 21-member of the Board in our regular and Special Board Meeting this April 9, 2016 (2:00-7:00 PM) at Dear Manangs along Nunez Extension Zamboanga City.

The following will be the Agenda:

I. Presidents Report

II. Presentation of the Financial Report

III. Presentation of the Status of the Organization

IV. Discussion for Approval of the following items:

-           Ratification of the Amended Constitution

-           Finalization of the activities of the Organization

-           Executive Officers and Appointments Thereof

-           Augmentation of Funds and other sources of Funds

    V. Other Matters
