S4SC: 24-HR PUBLIC WEATHER FORECAST Synopsis: Northeast monsoon affecting Luzon. Through of LPA affecting Eastern Visayas and CARAGA region. Forecast: The regions of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera and the Provinces of Aurora and Quezon will experience cloudy skies with light rains, Eastern Visayas, Caraga and Northern Mindanao will be cloudy with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy skies with isolated light rains. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with thunderstorms or thunderstorms.Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over the whole the whole archipelago with moderate to rough seas.
