S4SC: 24 -HR PUBLIC WEATHER FORECAST: Synopsis: Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon and Eastern Visayas. Forecast: The regions of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Bicol and Eastern Visayas and the Provinces of Aurora and Quezon will experience cloudy skies with light rains. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated light rains. The rest of Visayas and Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain-showers or thunderstorms.
